[Help] General questions about skill points and level cap

Hi first time posting in these forums.
Heres a noob but quick question i have been reading that we only get 111 skill points max, so at what level do we stop getting passive skill points ?
And is there a level cap or there is none but when we get to a certain level there will be no mobs that give exp ?
Sorry if these have already been answered but couldnt find nothing concrete.

The actual number of possible skill points is 120. The passive skill tree has not been updated because open beta. You get skill points per level all the way up.

The level cap is 100 but the content only goes up to level 77 so if you plan to make level 100, be prepared to quit your job and stop sleeping.
