you can open a fragment in the map device without a map, it just opens a random vaal side area, the more rare the fragment the higher the level of side area it opens. I presume they mean just a +2 level to those zones.

If there is like "WTB xxx challenge, offer xx chaos" in trade chat, dont you feel you have done a really bad job?

I want to be able to complete all challenges solo.
Of cause not very easy, but it should be doable and you should take away the possibility to buy challenges and master leveling.
As you have done it, you encourage buying challenges ie. cheating, and you seem to think it is ok, that is the worst.
LOL.. Most of the challenges are doable solo... I garentee it.. You must not know good PoE players.. Those challenges aint even as bad as the ones back in the day..
