random growling sounds since last hotfix patch

my game occasionally makes a growling sound when running around and killing monsters. i dont think it happens in town. i'm not the only person experiencing this since hotfix.

May be unrelated OP but if you happen to be using this particular weapon it has audio via a demonic voice when killing monsters.
