Procurement Problem..Showing Old Name Old Item on xyz! Need help!

Hi my Procurement is showing my OLD league Main has IGN and when ppl want to contact me its say Character offline is there a way to change this?
http://poe.trade/search/ekomokahikurih Like u can see here Its Showing ArkJtunArc Instead of Globb in the IGN and i tryed for so many times to change the name and nothing happend.. its not even showing my real items in my Tempest trading Thread.. Its Showing ALL my Old items i had FT in Hardcore and i only selected Tempest League in my Procurement.. Any Help plz? ArkJtunArc Dont even exist in my Character Name.. It doesn't matter what name it shows on xyz. If someone tries to message any of your characters, they'll get through to you. You won't show as offline if you're playing on a different character.
It does matter when you delete the character xyz wants to show, and as far as I know there's no proper way to fix that, but you seem to have figured out how to get around that already (make another character with the same name). ArkJtunArc is not existing when ppl try to pm me its say im offline but.. Im online try @Globb in game and try @ArkJtunArc (This 1 wont work)
And its also showing items that i dont have in game.. I only enabled Tempest League items but they r Showing item that are not mine in it.. I Had a Hardcore League Char Named ArkJtunArc But not anymore.. but when ppl do @ArkJtunArc to pm Me its dosent work.. u have to do @Globb and i still have both Name and both char in my account.. i remaked ArkJtunArc to see if its would fix the problem but nope.. Its Showing a Tabula Rasa that i never Had in Tempest.. Never Had 40 Armourer Scrap Never Had these potion things.. Idk wtf is going on its showing other items.. did you ever find a solution to this problem? its doing the same for me it shows my old characters name that i haven't played since before the beta. after not selling anything since act 4 came out i realized something must be wrong and searched for some of my items. it never shows me as online since i assume im not online with my old character.
