Suggestion on improvement to Hideout accessibility

1) Allow us to spawn in hideout instead of Sarn encampment upon login.

2) Friends and party members can access our hideouts by simply clicking on our portrait while we have to find the nearest waypont to access our own waypoints. It does not make sense that it is harder to access our own hideout. Request to introduce one button click access for hideout.
