Need help. My Windripper disappeared

I lost my Windripper after relog into the game.I have checked all the stash and crafting benches.I have checked all of my character but son't see

Seems like there is trend developing. Most (maybe all) of the people who report losing items have new supporter packs and have used the amulet mtx.

I just had something similar happen. My ammy with Shade of Vaal on it just spontaneous vaporized. While i was in game.

same mtx but i'm missing 10 ex and 20 alt from my stash...

So im not the only one missing items.. and i have that shade mtx on my amulet :S
