You should not try to use every single skill point possible for your builds. Even getting to 85 will be challenging unless you know how to speed level. I would suggest using all by 15 points.
Second, you spent 4 points to get Zealots Oath and Avoid Cast Intrupt. Health regeneration does not include flasks that you use, it is normal regeneration of health gained over time. If you have 1 Health from CI, you will gain so little health regen from it its not even worth it. Lastly, I doubt you need to invest that much into mana and mana regen if you are willing to use flasks once in awhile. That is all. IGN JimansNotSummoner

I use every point as a road map of what I want to achieve by level 100.
I don't always go point by point as I've got it here. I sometimes invest in other things I didn't intend just based off of my current needs. -Slad No mercy for the weak. No pity for the dying. No tears for the slain.

Quickly glanced at the build, found a way to improve it almost instantly

Mostly from nullification. IGN-Shibloble

Was that to another poster or to my build? Because I haven't invested in the three-point bloodthirst.
I'm so confused. @_@ -Slad No mercy for the weak. No pity for the dying. No tears for the slain.

You took 15% Spell Damage for 3 skillpoints (above Lord of the Dead).
You should drop them and grab that 18% Cold Damage near Elementalist (Templar Tree). For this, you must drop one +10 int and you will replace it for that +30 int node. So, you get +3% Damage and +20 Int. You took +45% Critical Chance near Bloodthirst when you could get +60% Critical Chance and +10% Critical Multiplier near Zealot's Oath. I do really think you could (not that you must, play as you wish) drop Energy Delay and any +5% Damage node and aim to something better. I mean, 5% per skillpoint isn't that much.
