For anyone wanting 1H crossbows: Wasn't it general consensus that wands fulfill that role?

1. They can be dual wielded
2. They can have attack mods
3. They work with frenzy, barrage and elemental hit, just as bows.

You could only argue that the passives are very different but that's the only thing that comes to mind. Skill wise I think I wouldn't want to use tornado shot or ice shot in a weak one hander anyway...

IMO it would be better for the Small Sword to have lower attack speed and higher damage numbers if the implicit is DoT. That way you can apply bigger DoTs and move on.

If you're going to use a fast attacking weapon you're going to go crit anyway.
