I finish ALL quest's of cruel mode and can't change to merciless - HELP!

Hi everyone...
I have a BIG problem, I really don't know how to change my difficulty to Merciless I already complete ALL quest's, look my act 3 map (cruel)  All NPC's have no more quest's to send... all maps are cleanned, please somebody help me? Thanks! |

I try finish some quest's again (help other players) and still with the same problem...
Maybe is a game problem ? have a game master in game to help me and see if is a problem with my char? |

Did you take the key from Piety and open the Sceptre of God?

OK, but what did you see when you opened the door? It's supposed to lead to the next difficulty level.

Yes, I know, like happen when I change the normal mode to cruel mode, but in this case, nothing happen!
Can a gamemaster or somebody from Rinding Gear help in my case? I can do nothing in game anymore, no more quests, no more nothing.... I know that is a free game but I will enjoy a help in my case. |

Today, I finish AGAIN, ALL maps, follow the quest's order, and now work 100%...
Was really sux play again ALL maps in Cruel Mode (because now I will need play AGAIN in Merciless) but work great! Thanks anyway for the supporter team to TRY fix my problem, everything is ok now! Let's keep this game updated! Thanks! |
