I'm sorry if this has already been covered somewhere (I couldn't find it if it is) but if you dual-wield two Ungil's Gauches (the 12% chance to block daggers) do you get a total of 24% chance to block from them, or just the 12%?

The supreme truth has been on there for a little while already. I plan on using it in the future for a certain build. I am assuming that the added elemental damage works on skills and spells correct? Anyone?

I'll warn you in advance that +1 level does not increase a gem to level 21. Once it's at 20 it doesn't benefit anymore. So basically it's more saving (a lot of) time than a real DPS increase.
