Perhaps it's very powerful so it was made harder to get.

For all we know it could be the next Kaom's Heart. We'll just have to wait and see.

It's the same every time they release a bunch of new uniques. Always one is not found until a new pack of new uniques is released. I guess that is kinda made so that there is always an unique to look for.
studying for GGG's C++ technical exam...

Any mention or thoughts of being able to level up uniques like gems maybe, it would be nice to have some sort of atachement to an item like that. Maybe at each level you could choose what mod on item to level something like that.

Though yeah, like 90% of the uniques are useless, cause at higher lvls people won't use them.

Why do we keep going back and forth over this? That's like saying 99% of the rares present in game are useless because you won't use them when you get a better one. Everything is useful at some point, however briefly. Except the Lollipop dread maul.

Aesthetically speaking, that's my favorite item. I really hope they fix it for Open Beta :(
So I believe I read that they are buffing about half of the uniques. Are we not going to know which ones or what they are buffing on the item until we find them in Open Beta?

Not necessarily 'buffing', but that is the roughly the amount GGG said they'll be making changes to. My guess is that we'll just have to wait and find them.
