Suggestion Rules of possibility fight in Path of Exile...

...Rules are very simple, like in real world...

1. Player who join to party localization without join to party, join at his own risk because he join in PvP mode in relation to all party members.
2. Kicked player becomes the hostile for other party members.
3. At the locations introduce a saint church or Relict or etc similar next to which players become untouchable and safe from attack of other players.

Optional Suggestions:
1. Player who join to party localization should be shown in left corner with a fiery halo...
2. Introduce two new mods or class or affix like good and evil to players
3. Defeated character may go to jail to Winner's Hideout for later ransom or can be immediately killed by owner or winner.
4. Owner in any moment should have ability to delete his imprisoned character.

had that in pvp race events, was alot of fun.

Interesting. But too risky. It would be better to test that in race leagues.

Basically, you want a cut-throat league with partying available?
Please note that having a kicked player become opposed to his party would lead to abuse.

Also, "good and evil" wouldn't make for interesting concepts in Path of Exile.
