CONS: The only thing really is just that it's expensive. Hey everyone. Tons of people on my stream have been asking me for this build so I am going to share it with you all as best as possibe. And credits to Tom94 for the original idea with this build! Important:

This is not a cheap build. This build has some insane DPS and Clear speed but is not cheap whatsoever. Get ready to spend hundreds of exalts! There are other ways to do it without spending as much however it will not be as effective.
*You need either two shavs or one shavs with W - BBB - GG Idea Behind Build:

Kinetic Blast is an extremely nice skill however it is horrid for single targets so I had to figure out a way to make it work for single targets as well. This was simply solved by "quick switching a shavs". This means that you either need two shavs or need one with one or two white sockets depending on the colors.

This dagger is mainly used for CoC builds because of its varient stats for crit. By far the best wand you can get. Shield:

This shield is another nice item for CoC builds because of it's spell damage and crit. Chest:

One of the nicer crit amys that I have found. It is nice because it adds accuracy and spell damage. Huge bonus. Helmet:

These by far are the best for this build. Simply because it's vaal pact x1000. Boots:

RainbowStrides are the best fit for the build IMO. However, if you can't get mirrored helmets or rings, I would go ahead and use this slot to get higher resistances. Rings:

There are other versions of this ring that do just the same and are much cheaper. This is just one I like allot because of the lightning resistance and the all resist My Flasks:

My Skill Tree as of 1/15/2015 level 95 Q&A Q: How do you maintain your life if you only have 1% regen A: I do not rely on regen at all. I am constantly using my hp flask which hold 3 charges. Instantly refills after a few crits. There is no need for regen at all and saves a ton of skillpoints/aura. Hitting your flask will become mussel memory quickly. And if u drop zealoth's oath's and one 10% crit multiplier to put on mana reserved to add 2 passive on mana reserved for vitality so u don't have to use life flask

It is hard to sustain the cost of KB, it has to be life flasks. WIth Zeloths oath, we get another ring which is the price of two skill points.

My molten/lightning strike cost around 30 mana i have around 100 life regen and i can sustain it. How much cost your skill?

Don't forget, I only have about 1.5k life to get regen with. I went ahead and changed the build a little to not include it anymore and go back with more crit multiplier.
