Witch - Sister Martyr Discharge Variant - Forum

Proof of concept only.
This is not currently a guide.
Just linking my starter gear and passive tree for now!

Switched dagger for wand.
The spell damage will nearly double discharge damage when the gems hit level 20, and I only lose 4% crit.
