Riposte not working for dual wield blocking projectiles und spells?

I made a build with dual wielding (wing of entropy) and i have 100% block chance applied to spell block (lazhwar and rainbowstride). This gives me 50% block chance to attacks and spells. It works great so far @ lvl 63.
BUT RIPOSTE is NOT COUNTER BLOCKING spells or projectiles even if i am standing close to the attacker. Do i miss something here or is it bugged? GGG please give me a clue for the Riposte spell. The spell description does say that it counters on block.

Currently Riposte will only trigger when the attacker is in range of the attack that would be dealt by Riposte. I can confirm that if you have a enemy target nearby that is dealing spell damage to you, they'll be attacked by Riposte when dual-wielding/using Wings of Entropy(provided you have Spell Block).
