[1.3]Torment Kinetic Blast/Barrage CoC Witch, 500hp regen

Need a decent PC to run this build, or you will get disconnected from time to time.

You will cause your teammates to disconnect if their PCs aren't good enough to handle the shit storm.

Elemental reflection can be dangerous. Need to handle it with potting or getting vaal pact.

Lacking single target DPS comparing to AOE DPS.

Great AOE DPS.

Fracture friendly(the more the merrier).

Possible to maintain all elemental resistance 88+.

Viable doing high level maps with 4L.

FUN!

Due to the nature of kinetic blast, it is great for AOE but poor for single target unless the mob is standing next to a wall. Ice wall is hard to place while mobs are moving.

4L Kinetic Blast for general AOE

Kinetic blast -- GMP -- COC -- Arc

4L Barrage for single target

Barrage -- GMP -- COC -- Fireball

5L Kinetic Blast for general AOE

Kinetic blast -- GMP -- COC -- Arc -- Arctic Breath

The reason I choose arctic breath is because I feel it can achieve the same shotgun effect as fireball. And it can hit mobs in air when they leap towards you. Better coverage than cold snap.

6L Kinetic Blast for general AOE

Kinetic blast -- GMP -- COC -- Arc -- Arctic Breath -- Life Leech

Or Shatter Chuck Lite barrage 6L for great single/aoe DPS

Purity of fire, purity of lightning, purity of ice, herald of ice, clarity

Use two of the purity with clarity and herald of ice. Swap purity for different bosses/maps.

Or run three purity with herald of ice if you decided to go Barrage 6L build.

Normal: Oak for life
Cruel: Skill point
Merciless: Alira for power charge

Passive Tree

Any CoC trees should be fine. I follow 1.2 Life Based "Shatter Chuck Lite" Barrage - CoC build's passive tree

Chest:
Buy a voll's protector and save your alt and jeweller's orb to 5 link it yourself. Estimated 200 fusings.
Weapon: 1.5 attack speed wand with high local critical strike chance (10.5+)
You may craft your own wand with imbued wand. Try to roll high crit chance with alt first, then regal, and master craft spell damage at the end.
Amulets and rings: Two rare diamond rings. Just pick up high crit roll white diamond rings and alch them yourself.
Use to start with. Replace it when you can reach 85+ crit chance without it.
Gloves:
For some reason, I think it is way overpriced at the moment (20+ chaos!). Try to find a cheap one if you can.

Helmet, belt, and boots are just standard resists with life. Energy shield, mana, mana regen, accuracy are all good stats.
