[1.3] Sando's Lightning Strike COC & Crit Static Strike Shadow

You can play different build with the same passive tree.





Currently, I am using CoC and Static Strike with same passive tree, but if you are playing as CoC, you can grab Elemental Damage at the starting place from shadow.
Fire, cold, lightning damage, and any other nodes are pickable depends on your preference.

There are two different types of Skill Tree.
The one I am currently using is more focused on dps, and the other one is focused on the blocks.
By having some block chances, you can play a bit safer and use the trigger gems to attack, but
instead, I just decided to raise my dps and clear faster. This is personal preference.

By using tempest shield, you can save passive points, but you will have to use Herald of Ashe instead.
You will lose some dps so it will affect your clear speed.
Try both, and pick based on your preference.






You can use Abyssus while playing CoC, but for the spell damage increase, Scold's Bridle is a good choice as well.

Bino's "On Killing a poisoned enemy, nearby allies regenerate life" mode synergies
really well with Skill Tree's "Adder's Touch". I am able to keep 300~3600 life regen while fighting.

I am currently using Tabula Rasa for the 6L, but I'll be switching to Belly of the Beast.

Item settings can be changed in the future.

Crit Static Strike
We have to choose last gem socket for the 6L.
It's either Weapon Elemental Damage or Increased Area of Effect, but it's hard to pick between them since they are both really good option.

If you prefer higher dps, choose WED, if you prefer bigger area zone, use iaoe.

• Normal - help Oak (+40 to Maximum Life)
• Cruel - help Kraityn (+8% to Attack Speed)
• Merciless - all kill (Passive Skill)

It's about 85% from items

I like the idea a lot. Terrible gear, but I'm sure that will improve later.

I'd seriously consider using Proliferation on the reactive gems, allowing them to freeze with Hatred alone.

I haven't tried it due to the lacking of sockets, but I think it will be pretty good.

I start to play two weeks ago. I wanna know why you dont pick vaal pact.

Likely because with Bino's the regen is so fast anyways that it seems to be instant. I use it on my crit reave shadow and it gets like 3k regen per second on average. You cannot tell the difference at that point between the instant from Vaal Pact and Bino's except that with Vaal Pact you recover less. That's my thoughts at least.
