I was reading through some beta-key giveaway when i notice this "title". It is red, but sorta like like "beta member" title - anyone know what that is all about?

Basically a temp ban.

It stops them posting and is usually given for a few days in response to disruptive or abusive behaviour. Certain worse things will earn outright permanent bans, of course.

Sometimes people just need time to chill out :) The forums can become a frustrating place just waiting around, and you know the saying about idle hands ;)
