The Way Forward quest Act II cannot complete

I'm stuck on this quest. I made it to the western forest and the blocked path with all the logs but I can't get past it. Am I missing something? I looked around on google and there seems to be a "Graven Artefact" that I need, but it's nowhere in my inventory and I can't remember picking it up. Who's supposed to drop it and is there some way I can go back and get it or is this some kind of bug?

The "Graven Artefact" is just that glyph on the wall next to the blockage. Click on it, and the blockage should be gone.

Hello,
The above advice did not resolve this issue for me. I am on cruel. I have finished all of Act 2, and have made it to the next act, but "The Way Forward" still shows up for me as an active act 2 quest (and I have not gotten the reward). I travel to the quest spot in the Western Forest with the green on map suggesting that glyph-looking spot on the cliff face is what I should interact with (and I know this is true from normal difficulty, as well as from the numerous other characters I've had) but I am not able to interact with it. I have tried, for example, refreshing the instance, and still I can't interact with it. I really want the quest reward, obviously. Thanks, John |
