Elemental Damage vs. Elemental Damage with Weapons (attacks only)

Hi, I´ve searched the forums but I didn´t find a sufficient answer to my question.

Imagine a charakter using attacks (not Spells of any kind). Is there any difference between "Elemental Damage" and "Elemental Damage with Weapons" passive nodes?

What I know so far:

They both enhance +elemental Damage on Weapons and jewelery
They both enhance Hybrid skills (Glacial hammer)
They both enhance flat +x elemental support gems (added lightning damage)

What I Dont know:

flat auras (wrath, anger)
% auras (hatred)
% support gems (added fire damage)

Any skill that increases elemental damage will increase elemental damage regardless of how it is inflicted, be it a spell, added damage from a support gems on a spell, an attack skill, added damage from a support gem on an attack, added damage from a weapon on an attack or added damage from a non-weapon item on an attack.

Any skill that increases elemental damage with weapons will increase elemental damage as long as it is being inflicted by a weapon, be it an attack skill, added damage from a support gem on an attack, added damage from a weapon on an attack or added damage from a non-weapon item on an attack.
Thanks for the clarification.
