By the way I tried with using two Taming rings for this build to test. It was ok but I think not that great compared to good DPS rares. The 10% to shock, ignite and freeze from the ring does make a difference though. I have 10% from the tree so that made 20% and I and pretty much shocking and freezing all the time with 10 - 12 aps. But I went back to my rare rings and socketed a Quality Added Lightning Damage gem in my 6L which also has 10% to shock. The gem itself is not a great DPS boost but it's good enough and I've found in play that 20% shock chance clears packs way quicker than if faster attacks or added fire was socketed.

haha nice! thanks for letting me know how the 2x taming worked out. Yea, i would only be wanting to try 1 to match with my other dps ring or my resists ring.

How are things looking for this build for The Awakening? I want to start collecting some of the pieces to try it out, but I'd hate to spend the currency if you don't think the build will work as well. Let me know what you think.

P.S. - Just Vaal'd my own SoL and got 4% Spell Block :)

Grate on the stone bud. We should only get buffed with awakening. Just will need yo work around the new gems like fortitude and the warts.

i've got a duelist using a build similar to this, maybe when 2.0 drops i'll switch him over to this build :)
