Good Supports for Herald of Ice

I've been playing around with the Heralds, and I can't seem to find anything good for herald of ice, I was thinking the shattering would be helped by ele prolif, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I put 20q added cold dmg (10%chance to freeze) in HoI and works fine for me

Increased Area of Effect.

i ran a few combos for it. inc AoE and conc effect are pretty sweet, it really jumps the dmg.
also inc AoE and cold pen is good too.

all in all i feel herald of ice is pretty lack luster compared to herald of ash, if you are a crit build. if you crit and you can get good overkill dmg then ash all the way.
