Where it seems investment is required, need a lot more accuracy, life, some int, some resists:

Viable weapon for this build at a high level? Remove the craft the previous owner had done to it, it'll have 1 cold prefix, 3 suffixes, can't Elreon multi-craft it. But can add Lightning leech, or spell damage prefix?


Any improvement seems to cost Exalts.
