ChesterSamy´s Life Based CoC RF Wander, affordable + Uber Atziri

Hello and welcome to my build :)

I have to apologize, my english is not the best :( I think there are many ways to play this build, just wanted to share mine.

Basically its a typical CoC Wand Build with high focus on flasks! Its super tanky you wont believe^^ We have max Spellblock, 46% Spell Evade, 40% Dodge, 40% Evasion, 4700 HP and 84% Res

This is my passive tree:




Gear:



The most expensive thing here is the 6 linked Lightning Coil, but we rly need it because we got no Armor. The 40% phys reduction is absolute necessary.

This build is calculated with a normal Stone of Lazwhar, the + 1max resi is nice to have but not need.


Flasks:



With the "recharge on crit" and all the "increased flask effect duration" our flasks are always up! So we have 97% max resi! With the Spellblock and Evade we can do every content in the game, even uber atziri. The heal amount from our life flask is just ridiculous with all the "life recovery" nodes.


Since the Ruby Flaks is always up we can use Righteous Fire without any problems, nice damage increase there. But we need a flask with "dispell burning" just in case you never know.


Other gear:

I use these to for the second uber atziri boss because we got no chaos res and its rly need there: together with a chaos res flask.

I want to see the vid of Uber Atziri. Need proof. You people really need to stop posting Uber Atziri viable in your guides when you have no ******** video evidence! As I have said before anyone and their mom can claim they can do Uber without posting evidence.

I hope this is not one of those builds that needs to burn all portals throwing themselves at Uber.

Looks solid. I assume you took Druidic Rites because it affects duration of all flasks (not just mana)? Have you tested Cloak of Defiance (it would be much easier to get socket colors as well)?
Also, what do you think about Mind Barrier cluster near the witch tree vs Precise Interception cluster that you took? Maybe it's possible to get high spell block without Stone of Lazhwar.
It would be cool to see some videos of the build in action.
