General idea:
Tornado shot is a top tier skill and one of the few skills that scale with your experience, becoming more lethal the better you get at using it. So far all of the builds I've seen using this skill have gone Crit. I didn't want to make a slow, clunky, Crit build. I Enjoy speeeed! It's more fun for me to move as fast as possible, shooting a million arrows per second and absolutely melting mobs like they're nothing, fluidly and consistently in any scenario, all while being hard as hell to kill.




Highlights of Build:
- Attacks fast
- Runs fast
- Kills fast
- Up to 20 second immortal call
- Up to 16 second vaal haste/grace
- Can do atziri easily (and uber with the right gear)
- Can do ANY map
- Plug and play (put on 1 aura and kill)
- Can cap max dodge/spell dodge as well as block/spell block
- Doesn't have potato aim
- can be ran with scion, ranger, shadow as well

Cons:
- Doesn't have the fancy 70k+ crit tooltip dps (puts out just as much dmg)

BASIC STATS:
life - 6,5k-7,5k
tooltip - 21,944 per projectile (without proj multipliers)
defence - 30 % evasion, 40 dodge - 46 spell dodge. 8% satus ailment avoidance
Movement speed - 74%
attacks per second - 4.2 (unbuffed)





Skill tree


- Vaal pact is very good for this build, allowing you to handle reflect much better. I would be using it if I didn't have bench-crafted Leech Rate gloves.
- This build is very flexible in your pathing for damage and life. Feel free to adjust it to your needs.

Notes:
- Gear is really flexible. just cap your resists and get leech (or use a life gain on hit gem) and you're golden.
- I use a +1 arrow Drillneck. Without this I'd would use GMP instead of LMP
- Curse = Proj Weakness if I'm not using vaal grace in helm.
- Rumi's gives you all you need for random reflect mobs, and all around tankiness just in-case your insane evasion/dodge doesn't pull through.
- A good evasion helmet with life will give you a lot more flexibility in terms of your other pieces, but I enjoy moving at the speed of light with Devoto's, and the dmg bonus is nice as well.
- NO CWDT, because I prefer to self-cast. It's fast and allows me to get an extremely long immortal call up when I actually need/want it.
- Physical doryani's is also a good belt option for the leech and dmg.
- a new kaoms will give u roughly 800-1200 less health for this build.



ATZIRI:
- Double vaal - just shoot em down and facetank. NPNP
- Trio boss - Get your immortal call up and take out the flamer first, degen cycloner second, titty bitch queen last. (All you need to do it is make sure you keep immortal up at all times)
- Atziri - Iceshot + peirce switch for atziri. The projectiles from tornado shot tend to hit the reflect split quite frequently causing possible problems. More dps this way as well. swap in ruby for a Rumi's or both.

You can do this build with around/under 100ex without a legacy kaoms. Most of this stuff is just luxury gear.

but if someone feels like trying it out with cheap gear and reporting back that'd be great. got a lv85 duelist with free respec ive been needing a build for.

the biggest concern, though, is a bow. i dont have one in stash, i dont think there are any uniques that aren't stupidly pricy that will cut it, and finding a rare 5l with the raw stats needed would probably be a ton of exalts, too :(

U can get a nonlinked Lioneyes Glare for an exalted and i think 5links go for 3-5exalts. You save 5 nodes going up to Resolute technique which u can spec into dmg to make up for not having good, rare bow. Running a 5l ud just cut out Weapon Elemental.
