Spell Totem with Resolute Technique - can you CRIT spells with spell totem?

Can Spell Totem CRIT if you have resolute technique -keystone picked (your attacks cannot miss, you cannot crit)?

I am using Spell Totem with Firestorm, with added lightning damage - and was planning add cold damage there too. I know the status alignments can only proc if you CRIT.

...but when I am using firestorm with Spell Totem, and the spell totem is the actual source - I should be able to crit, right?


I mean, that's the reason why traps works as well, when you pick the +1 totem -skill, which prevents YOU dealing damage by skills.

Totems and traps are counted as separate source. Am I correct here?

Refund Resolute, spells can't miss.

Totems can crit.

(Affected by crit, crit multiplier, cast speed,
spell dmg, fire-cold-lightning dmg on gear and from passives.)

Spell totem is not the actual source its more a like a channeling
tool for your power. One great thing about them that reflect mobs
does not hurt you but the totem instead.
